What is the purpose of PT?
What do I need to bring to my first physical therapy appointment?
The first time visit bring your insurance card and the referral for physical therapy from your doctor.

Do I need to belong to a gym?
No, we can build a comprehensive exercise program that you can do in the comfort of your own home
What is the difference between a personal trainer and a PT?
PT's have completed a minimum of a bachelor's degree, most now have master's and doctorate degrees with extensive knowledgle of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics (the way the body moves)
Do I need to see a physician before I can receive physical therapy?
Yes. In order for you to receive physical therapy treatment, you need to obtain a prescription from your physician.
How long does a therapy session last?
The duration of appointments varies for each patient, but expect about one hour.
What are the hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Is physical therapy painful?
We have treatments that can help reduce pain. As muscles are stretched and exercised, it is possible to feel some soreness. Our patients usually feel better following therapy and look forward to the next session.
What happens after I complete my PT rehabilitation?
Once you have been successfully discharged from our care, maintaining the training and exercises that your therapist has given you is key. You're more than welcome to contact us at any time after you have completed your rehabilitation program with us.
